The practitioner serves a conduct for healing energy directed into the body or energy field of the recipient with or without physical contact with the body. Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety , decreases pain, releases emotional blockages , aligns energy centers known as chakras and many other benefits depending on what the receiver needs at the time.
